Andrew and I went around the college grounds to record visuals using an ipad and an iphone for my own ASMR footage. The theme we went for was nature as it’s the most pleasing to look at. We purposely positioned the cameras to avoid traffic and other students walking by. We also positioned the camera facing towards the sky to avoid any buildings and make the visuals mysterious and not obvious they were recorded at the college
I learnt new ways to make my own visuals without making it super complex. For example I learned how to record at different angles to make sure i don’t get any unwanted building or people in my same video. I feel my project went well I wish we had longer time working on our projects as I’m not sure about other people but I struggle staying on task and forget to do the written work.
My biggest challenge was during this whole project was my time management yes I know what you might be thinking how can time management be related to music well let me explain I can forget to set my alarm in the morning. not realising how long a task might take then putting it off for days or weeks then before I know it Its deadline week. If my tutor are reading this this you might say or think that you had an email sent to you about you having extra tutoring more another tutor but unfortunately I didn’t receive that email so again I miss out on more support, next time I would check if needed I’m getting more tutoring lessons with an music tutor as that would really me today
